Data Deletion Instructions

MarketPilot AI respects your right to control your personal data. This page explains how to request deletion of your account and any data we have stored about you, including data obtained through connected third-party platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Google, and other integrations).
What gets deleted
- Your user account and profile information
- Organisations you solely own (members are notified)
- OAuth tokens and credentials for connected platforms
- Cached content, posts, insights, and analytics from connected accounts
- AI-generated content, drafts, schedules, and reports
- Billing records are retained only as required by law (e.g., tax records)
Option 1 — Delete from inside the app
- Sign in at /login.
- Go to Dashboard → Settings.
- Scroll to Danger Zone and click Delete Account.
- Confirm the action. Deletion is processed within 30 days.
Option 2 — Email request
Send an email to privacy@marketpilot.ai from the address associated with your account. Include:
- Subject line: Data Deletion Request
- Your account email
- (Optional) Specific platforms whose data you want removed
We will confirm receipt within 3 business days and complete deletion within 30 days, in line with GDPR and CCPA requirements.
Revoking platform access
Disconnecting an integration in Dashboard → Integrations revokes our access tokens and removes cached data for that platform. You can also revoke MarketPilot AI directly from each platform:
- Facebook / Instagram: Settings → Business Integrations
- Google: Third-party apps with account access
- WhatsApp Business: Remove the system user from your Meta Business Manager.
Confirmation
Once deletion completes, we send a confirmation email to your registered address. If you don't receive it within 30 days, contact privacy@marketpilot.ai.
