User Data Deletion Instructions

MarketPilot AI ("we", "us") provides this page so that users — and reviewers from Meta and other platforms — can clearly understand how to request deletion of a MarketPilot AI account and any data we have stored, including data obtained through connected third-party platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Threads, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, Pinterest, and others).

What data we store

  • Your user account and profile information (name, email)
  • Organisations you own or belong to
  • OAuth access/refresh tokens for connected platforms
  • Cached content from connected accounts (pages, posts, comments, insights, ad accounts, campaign data)
  • AI-generated content, drafts, schedules, and reports
  • Billing records (retained only as required by tax/accounting law)

Option 1 — Delete from inside the app

  1. Sign in at /login.
  2. Go to Dashboard → Settings.
  3. Scroll to Danger Zone and click Delete Account.
  4. Confirm the action. Deletion is processed within 30 days.

Option 2 — Email request

Send an email to privacy@marketpilot.io from the address associated with your account. Include:

  • Subject line: User Data Deletion Request
  • Your account email
  • (Optional) The Facebook/Instagram/other platform user ID or page you want removed

We will confirm receipt within 3 business days and complete deletion within 30 days, in line with Meta Platform Terms, GDPR, and CCPA requirements.

Revoking platform access directly

Disconnecting an integration in Dashboard → Integrations revokes our access tokens and removes cached data for that platform. You can also revoke MarketPilot AI directly from each platform:

Confirmation

Once deletion completes, we send a confirmation email to your registered address. If you don't receive it within 30 days, contact privacy@marketpilot.io.
